Why stir rice using a wooden spoon?
The thicker blunt edge is ideal for splitting the grains efficiently! I'd avoid using anything too flimsy like a rubber spatula.
Mine came out pretty lean, not really creamy and i chuck it up to the choice of coconut milk. Will try again with canned coconut milk as the recipe calls out… but flavor wise it came out great
