PEACH MINT ICED TEA
4 SERVINGS / 15 MINUTES PLUS COOLING
INGREDIENTS
½ peach, grated
2 Tbsp. fresh mint*
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Ice
4 cups black tea, brewed and chilled, divided

*Mint, use basil, sage, or tarragon
METHOD
Add grated peach, mint, sugar, and water to a small saucepan and stir.
Simmer on medium high heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the syrup infuse for about 20 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a sieve. In a glass with ice, pour 2 tablespoons syrup and top with 1 cup brewed tea. Repeat for remaining servings.
Syrup can be stored in a glass jar for up to 2 weeks.
