4 SERVINGS / 30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2-3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Diamond Crystal kosher salt, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. sriracha
2 tsp. soy sauce
1½ tsp. fresh lime juice
1 large garlic clove, finely grated
METHOD
Place a baking sheet in the oven. Preheat to 450°F.
In the meantime, add Brussels sprouts and olive oil to a large bowl. Season with kosher salt and black pepper and toss to coat. It’s ok if some of the outer leaves fall off the sprouts.
Once oven has preheated, carefully remove baking sheet and arrange seasoned sprouts on baking sheet, cut side down. This will allow them to sear and develop a beautiful golden crust.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and tender.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, whisk to combine maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and pour over the sauce. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
