INGREDIENTS
½ cup full-fat coconut milk
¼ cup water
1-2 Tbsp. sugar (depending on your desired sweetness level)
Diamond Crystal kosher salt
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 thinly sliced ripe mango
Toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, and flaky sea salt, for serving, optional
METHOD
Add coconut milk, water, sugar, and a pinch of kosher salt to a small pot over medium-low heat. Add oats and stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Serve with thinly sliced ripe mango, toasted sesame oil and seeds, and flaky sea salt, if desired.
